This February, we’d love to find out what it was that led you to unlocking the door of your very own new build Bloor home and what surprised and delighted you about buying new!
Was a new build home always on the cards for you? Were you unsure about what a new build could offer but was always intrigued? For some, there was never any question on whether they would buy a new build home, but this isn’t the case for everybody with an individual new build home journey experienced by all.
Entering our ‘Rethink New’ caption competition will give you a chance of winning a £150 John Lewis Voucher.
How to Enter the Competition
Entering our Rethink New competition is quick and easy, just let us know what surprised you about buying a new build Bloor home in the comments section of our pinned competition post on Instagram! Did more than one thing surprise you? Multiple entries are allowed so go ahead and share all your favourite reasons for buying a new build home in the comment section!
You have until Monday 27th February to enter and then we will randomly select and announce a winner the following day. Good luck!

- The competition opens on Thursday 9th February and entries close Monday 27th February.
- The winner will be randomly selected and announced on Tuesday 28th February.
- This competition is running across Bloor Homes’ Instagram channel only.
- There will be 1 competition winner.
- To enter the competition, comments must share a positive reason for buying ‘your’ new build Bloor home using the hashtag #RethinkNew
- Post comments which do not follow this criteria will be disqualified by Bloor Homes.
- You can share multiple benefits of buying a new build home by sharing multiple comments for extra entries.

- The winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram and will be asked to provide contact details to claim their prize. The winner might be also be contacted by the Bloor Homes PR team.
